What does the tour consist of?

What we usually do?

Usually, we leave from one of the marinas and head to the north or south of Cozumel to the barrier reefs, where you can snorkel far from any crowds. Snorkeling in Cozumel is one of the most rewarding experiences ever. The water is so clear you can see for miles. We ask that, when snorkeling or diving in Cozumel, you respect the animals, fish, and natural resources of the island at all time and don’t touch or grab anything. We want to do all we can to protect our marine life and reefs. Please keep three feet away from the reef and remember that it is prohibited to touch conch shells.

After your once-in-a-lifetime experience in the water, we head to a sandbank or private beach where you can enjoy peace, quiet, and relax completely. Once we are there, our crew prepares on board the highest quality fresh ceviche, guacamole, and more for you to enjoy. Do you remember when you were planning your next vacation and dreamed of that special moment on the beach, gazing at the most crystal-clear water imaginable, with a wonderful, refreshing drink in your hand? Well, you found us, and we will make your dreams come true. All of this is why we are the best choice around and we totally get what you’re looking for.

The water isn’t deep, so everyone can get in the water – even children and seniors will be safe swimming in the bluest of blue water. We recommend you bring your favorite music to listen to, so please don’t hesitate to ask the Captain to put it on for you. At the end of a perfect day, we will head slowly back to the marina where your trip will end.

Relax, sit up at the front, enjoy the view, and remember that this is your chance to connect with your loved ones. We take care of the rest, so just relax and enjoy.

Are children allowed on the trips?

Of course. All our crew members are willing and able to look after little ones on board! Imagine – sea turtles, thousands of fish, incredible reefs, safety gear, nature and, above all, a happy, fun atmosphere, with the best staff on hand to look after them. This trip is so much fun, we guarantee your kids won’t want to go home.

How far ahead do we need to book?

Do you like to plan ahead? Are you one of those spontaneous travelers who prefers something more spur of the moment? No problem either way.

We recommend you book at least two months in advance.

You should bear in mind that, the closer the date you want, the harder it may be to guarantee the boat you want. Ideally, you should book your trip as early as possible so that you can get your ideal boat. If you are coming to Cozumel on a cruise ship or have a hotel booking, please get in touch and we would be happy to take a deposit and then you can pay the balance on the day of your trip before we set off. We will do whatever we can to help you to plan the highlight of your trip.

What happens if the trip is cancelled due to bad weather?

We will try our best to re-schedule your trip. However, cruise passengers don’t have the luxury of rescheduling. If your trip is cancelled due to bad weather, we will refund your deposit the same way you paid. We don’t usually cancel if it is raining, unless it’s going to rain all day. In this part of the world, heavy rain showers are normal.


We understand that things can happen and we can’t always go and enjoy ourselves on a yacht in the Caribbean. So tours may be cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled date of your trip.

If you simply don’t turn up for the trip or cancel within 14 days of the scheduled date of your trip, we cannot refund your deposit.

For the most part, our trips are booked two, five, or even 12 months in advance. So cancellations at short notice make it next to impossible for us to find someone else to take the place we had reserved for you.

The great news is that if trips are canceled due to inclement weather, we automatically give you a full refund. If conditions are poor or it would be dangerous to go out to sea for the day, we offer a full refund, no questions asked.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit and debit cards. We are happy to help you to make your reservation by telephone or Whatsapp. For your convenience, you can pay in advance directly on our website or by PayPal to our account or, if you prefer, by bank transfer.

We require a 30 percent deposit to reserve your boat and date, with the balance to be paid in cash on arrival (in Mexican pesos or US dollars). There is a 4.3 percent commission if you choose to pay your balance by credit card.


We are happy to give you a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled trip. If the port is closed or if it rains the entire day, we will cancel the trip and do our best to reschedule for the following day so that you do not miss out.

Is this the right tour for me and my group? Yes!

Absolutely. The trip is suitable for everyone, your family and your friends, regardless of age. The trip is tailored to whatever you need.

The object is to help you to relax, swim, explore, have fun, or just take in the incredible views of the Caribbean. Cozumel has a lot to offer and everyone just loves sailing through the most crystal-clear water in the Caribbean. We will take you to the best spots, far from crowds. We are always trying to surprise our guests with our first-class locations, service, food, and drink.

A private boat all to yourselves will ensure the perfect atmosphere for your day and we make sure everything is perfect.

What if I am staying on the Island?

People staying on Cozumel should contact us when they arrive. We need as much information as possible, such as the name of your hotel, room number, telephone number, etc., so that we can let you know in advance if there is any change of plan or the weather is bad, for example.

What about getting to the boat? Why don’t you pick us up?

You must make your own arrangements to get to the marina. Taxis are reasonably priced and available all over the island. By law, only taxis are allowed to pick up tourists in Cozumel. Our office is at the Fonatur marina, which is three minutes from the cruise ship piers and 10 minutes from the center of town.

If your hotel has a pier, we would be happy to pick you up from there. Some hotels charge a fee to use their pier, which you will need to pay directly to the hotel.

What should we bring?

We already have practically everything you may need for a perfect day on board. However, we recommend you pack as though you were going to spend the day on the beach.

  2. Snorkel equipment for children – we only have medium and large sizes
  3. An SPF 50 t-shirt. PLEASE NOTE eco-friendly sunscreen is also on sale at our office (normal sunscreen harms the reef and kills the coral, so please help us by using eco-friendly sunscreens or a long-sleeve t-shirt)
  4. Camera (make sure you have plenty of storage space on your SD card)
  5. For very small children, we recommend you bring a comfortable life jacket (we also have them on board)
  6. If you have your own snorkel equipment and feel more comfortable using that, please feel free to bring it. However, we do provide snorkel equipment and good quality, disinfected life jackets free of charge
  7. Don’t forget your cell phone or iPod with all your favorite songs.

Why a long-sleeve 50 SPF t-shirt? How does sunscreen damage the marine ecosystem?

One of the biggest threats to marine life is the use of sunscreen, suntan lotion, and bronzers. We don’t really give it much thought but, while we are in the water, the oils in them break down and are deposited on coral reefs and other living marine species. The sheer volume of oil acts as an oil spill, damaging delicate ecosystems. The reefs are suffocating and sunscreen runoff is one of the main causes of coral bleaching. This is why so much of the world’s coral is dead or dying. Oxybenzone, widely used in sunscreens, has also been shown to cause feminization of male fish.

You can buy organic sunscreen at our office, if necessary.

Do we tip the Captain?

We do not ask for tips but we feel our service speaks for itself and any contributions are greatly appreciated by the Captain and the Crew who work hard and deserve their tips. We pay them well, but a tip is nice, to thank them for their dedication and all the effort they put into every one of our tours.

How much should we tip?

That is entirely up to you and how much you enjoyed the trip. Everyone has their own policy when it comes to tipping but anything you give will be gratefully accepted.

Just so you know, some people think that because we are in a poorer part of the world, the cost of living is lower here but that is not the case at all. Practically everything is more expensive here, while the average wage is way below the norm. So please tip as you would on a tour in the United States of America.

How do I get back after the trip?

Taxis will be available. If necessary, we can have a taxi waiting for you if you need to be back to your cruise ship for a certain time.

Towards the end of the trip, we will check if anyone needs to have a taxi waiting, so we can call ahead.

Should I leave comments or a review?

We survive on our reputation and the more people know about us, the better. Word of mouth is what matters most, so please tell everyone about us. Our main aim is to provide our guests with a unique experience and for people to know what we do.

What kind of music will you play?

We recommend that you bring your iPod or cell phone so we can play your favorite music and make you feel at home.

All our boats have Bluetooth, and all have a really good sound system, so bring your mp3.

Do you have snorkel equipment? What if we bring our own?

We have high quality snorkel equipment and the latest lifejackets, which are a lot less restrictive and lighter than traditional ones.

We disinfect all our equipment before each trip. Take a walk around the boat when you get here and you’ll see just how organized we are!

If you have your own snorkel equipment, feel free to bring it with you. We can store it safely while we are sailing and give it to you when you are ready to jump in.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

You will be offered a selection of drinks as part of your trip and we are ready and willing to serve you.

If you have a special bottle of your favorite wine or spirits, the answer is “YES”, you may bring whatever you like on board. Enquire about our Premium Menu, and check our collection of Premium drinks before you book so you don’t have to worry about buying them and let us do it for you! See

Do you have lifejackets for everyone?

Rest assured that we have enough lifejackets for all passengers, including small children. It’s not compulsory that you wear one while we’re sailing, so it’s completely up to you if you want to or not. We are here to help.

What proof of payment do I need to show when we arrive?

We have a guest list for each trip. You can show us your booking confirmation on your cell phone.
